When does the trip commence?
The trip commences with first activities on the morning of Tuesday 29 May 2012, so you would need to arrive on Monday 28 May 2012.
How much is the tour?
This tour is A$6,190 per person including GST (this is a land only package ie. so you are able organise your own flights with frequent flyer points or via our travel partner). This rate includes:
- Transfers included for all scheduled activities.
- Service and gratitude’s for included meals & tour guides
- 7 nights in New York at The Westin Hotel in Times Square (twin-share). Single supplement is $1,500 pp

Where will we be staying?
You will stay in the spectacular, modern and trendy Westin Hotel in Times Square. Within an easy walking distance will be Broadway’s famous theatres and shops, the famous sights of Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Rockerfeller Centre, Carnegie Hall, New York Public Library (where Carrie nearly married Big), Museum of Modern Art, 5th Avenue shopping, Park Avenue, the Empire State Building and literally hundreds of restaurants and other amenities.

Do I have to take part in all of the organised activities?
Not at all! While we have organised daily style activities as part of your package to ensure you are able to make the most of your time in New York, you may choose to join us on all, some or none of the activities! We’ll be happy to provide you with advice, suggestions, directions and maps if you wish to explore on your own!
How many people will be on the tour?
You’ll be travelling with a group of like-minded, style-aware and fun ladies! To keep the tour intimate and to ensure only the best personal styling advice is given, the tour group is limited to an absolute maximum of 25. Why not grab some friends for this once-in-a-lifetime treat?
Can you help organise my own flights or organise a stopover in other cities on the way there or back?
Absolutely! You’ll have access to our travel agent before you depart, who will be happy to help you with flights or if you wish to change a part of your travel itinerary and make a stopover prior to arriving in New York, or if you wish to extend your stay. You can also choose to organise this yourself. Please let us know if you'd like to speak to our partner travel agent.
How and when do I book and pay?
Booking is easy and can be done in just 3 easy steps:

A deposit of $2,500 to secure your place is required immediately on booking to secure your place. .
The balance is due before 19 March 2012.
As this tour is on a first-in, best-dressed basis, be sure to book as soon as possible!
What else should I know?
To participate in the tour, you will need:
A valid passport. Please check with your own country of issue for any specific requirements prior to travelling. Australian travellers can obtain information on passport requirements here.
Participants travelling on an Australian passport will also need to apply for approval via the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation for travel to the US. A fee applies. For more information please click here.
Travel insurance for the duration of your stay. Proof of purchase prior to departure must be provided, as Smitten With Style accepts no liability for any lost, delayed, damaged or stolen luggage, possessions or personal items. If you require assistance with obtaining travel insurance our travel agent would be happy to assist.
